On average Friday's is a good place to take your significant other out for a nice evening without going broke in the process. But on this fateful day it seemed as if maybe going broke at a fancier place would have been better. Yes, as always the food was good Friday's never seems to fail when it comes to food quality but the service...bah words cant describe the lack of a coherent wait staff. I mean I have worked in the food business for many years and the key to a customers satisfaction is good quality food and friendly wait staff. If you miss one of those ingredient your in for one hell of a disaster. As I walked in I wasn't greeted which at first doesn't bother the normal person but compiled in with all around bad service the little things show even more. The waiter seemed in his own world. He or other wait staff would take turns bringing food or drinks out. Which didn't seem that big of a problem except no one took our plates. I mean seriously they don't have the biggest tables in the world so more plates means a more crowded dining space. If this tells you something our appetizer plate was still on the table when we got our dessert. I can forgive the little things because I know how stressful the food world can be but damn you have to draw the line somewhere. I hope to visit soon because as I said the food was delicious, but I always strive to change my reviews for the better. Dear Friday's please please please step up the service it just makes the experience so much better for your everyday patrons.

The food was pretty good, but it would have been nice to have a larger selection not covered in Jack Daniels Sauce. The service was super slow. I'm talking 15 minutes to get water slow. It was alright, but not on my short list of places to eat.

Met up with an old friend, and we really lost track of time. Our server was very understanding and just kept re-filling our drinks. We tipped according to the time we stayed, (like 10 X our meals) but she couldn't have known that in advance. Very nice time had.

We had a great dinner here. Chris was a wonderful server who kept on top of our drink refills and dirty plates. We ordered the potato skins as our endless appetizer they came out hot and fresh. We got more then our fair share of potato skins, totally worth the price.

First off.. I get it.. it's a chain.. and not only is it a chain but it's a HUGE chain. That being said.. serving someone soggy lettuce with a cold chicken breast that was obviously was pulled straight out of the freezer. I know you shouldn't expect much.. but come on. Put a little pride in your food.. at least in your prep work since tour not actually cooking anything l.

Four of us ate here and we're very satisfied with our meals. Steaks were properly seasoned and cooked... And the waitress waited to make sure the steaks were perfect! Burgers were delicious. Service was wonderful. Very pleased.

The food here is always good, I've never had anything I needed to send back. There are some recent menu changes/updates that are a little less than desirable for me, personally (i.e.: a ranch mix served with the potato skins), but you can always ask for the old staple of sour cream. There has been a lot of turnover at the bar in the past few months, so if you're the kind of drinker that prefers to know your bartender be prepared to make new friends. The staff isn't bad behind the bar, but they do lack the fore knowledge of my drink preferences, training a new bartender can be worrisome, but you'd have to do it if you swapped watering holes. Just sick it out and they'll learn quickly enough. For the casual date-night era this is still a great stop with good food and a nice atmosphere. For those with kids, nothing has changed. If you're the person looking for consistency in your staffed outings, you might have a small problem.

The people here are really friendly and the drinks are poured by great bar tenders. Pretty much a typical Friday's. The only thing is the nasty smell from the drain. I love the staff here and the desserts were darn good.

I have been seeing the "Two for Ten" advertisements on TV. I was absolutely sure that they couldn't live up to their promise. With that in mind, my wife, granddaughter and I had dinner on a recent trip to Little Rock. Well, even I can be wrong. The green bean fries are a generous serving and crazy good, the half rack of ribs are great and a steal at ten bucks. My granddaughter had the Jack Daniel's burger and loved it. My wife had a chicken and shrimp thing and was pretty happy with it. All in all, the "Two for Ten" deal marvelous. A lot of really good food for only ten dollars. Service was extremely good. Now if we only had a TGI Friday about 200 miles closer to my house.

Our party had a great time at Friday's for Mother's Day. We had a party of 11 and the waiter got our orders in fast. She brought our appetizers, entrees, and desserts right on time. Everybody was pleased with their meal. I ordered cheese sticks for appetizers, Cajun and shrimp pasta, and vanilla bean cheesecake. My cheese stick was average and Cajun and shrimp pasta was decent; too much Alfredo sauce for me. The Vanilla Bean cheesecake was excellent even though it was frozen. Overral, we had a great time as always and would recommend coming here for a good meal even though it is a national chain!!

Very good wait staff and hostess. We had the special "pick two for ten". Good serving sizes. Had shrimp,both grilled and fried. Cheese dip and cheese sticks. A nice meal. Bon Appetite

Ordered the Sizzlin Chicken and Shrimp but no shrimp. Thought I was mistaken until checked the menu online today. Waitress didn't say a word that I would not be getting shrimp. The hubs got the Shrimp Fridays and it was skimpy - few fries and small shrimp. Third time is a charm .... Won't be back. For $50 I expect more.

Well, the food was ok, but not great...well, at least the entress were. The potstickers, as usual, were great! Service, or shall i say lack thereof, is a meal killer here. 10m to be greeted, and even then, it was just a quick hey, what can i get ya. The place wasn't very busy either, thats what made it so sad.

I have dinner here quite a bit when I travel to LR.The people are great and dining in the bar is fun. Food is fantastic and Greg, in the bar, is one of the best. Service is top notch. Food is Great and presented wonderful. Attention is a 10 There's just one other I've been to as good, See Swift at Friday's in Jackson, TN
